Swiss Re Asia is seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our esteemed Health and Wellness department in Zurich. We are looking for candidates who are dedicated to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle while continuously improving our employee well-being.

Position: Health and Wellness Program Coordinator

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Role Overview:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive health and wellness programs
  • Design and coordinate fitness initiatives, including group exercise classes and personalized training sessions
  • Create and implement nutrition and healthy eating programs
  • Organize and oversee sports events and tournaments
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of wellness initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in creating and executing health and wellness programs
  • Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for promoting health and fitness within the workplace
