We are a dynamic and innovative organization located in the heart of Narok, Kenya, dedicated to the promotion and development of traditional Kenyan dances. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented individual to join us in a key role that bridges creativity and storytelling.

Job Title: Creative Storytelling Specialist

Role Overview:

Develop and implement creative strategies to communicate the narrative and essence of traditional Kenyan dances to diverse audiences
Work closely with our dance instructors and performers to capture and present compelling stories through various media
Create and manage content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and multimedia presentations
Craft engaging content for promotional materials, press releases, and public relations initiatives
Collaborate with external partners and media outlets to generate visibility and interest in our cultural initiatives and events
Monitor and analyze the impact of storytelling efforts, adapting strategies to optimize engagement and reach

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Journalism, Cultural Studies, or related fields
Demonstrated experience in creative writing, storytelling, or content creation
Familiarity with multimedia tools and platforms for content development and dissemination
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and community engagement
A passion for preserving and promoting traditional Kenyan cultural heritage
Experience in event promotion, public relations, or media relations is an advantage
