As a Health and Wellness Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient delivery of healthcare services and promoting wellness initiatives within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for promoting health and wellness programs
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth delivery of healthcare services
- Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute wellness-related events and activities
- Provide guidance and support to individuals seeking to improve their overall health and well-being
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our health and wellness offerings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field
- Proven experience in coordinating health or wellness programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Passion for promoting health and wellness in the community
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English is a plus
