Position: Development Program Coordinator
As a Development Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth and expansion of our youth-oriented initiatives across the province. You will work closely with our network of partners and stakeholders to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen understanding of operational processes and a desire to drive positive change within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to expand our youth programs and initiatives
- Establish and nurture partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses
- Analyze and implement scalable solutions for community-based projects
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of our organizational strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in program development or project management
