As a Senior Agronomist, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance crop productivity, optimize land use, and foster sustainable farming practices contributing to the continued growth of Tasmania's agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven agricultural strategies to maximize yield and quality.
Conduct extensive research on crop varieties, soil health, and sustainable farming techniques.
Provide expert guidance to farmers and stakeholders on best practices for crop management and land utilization.

Requirements:
