Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and compassionate care to our unique companions with a focus on their well-being and happiness
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the health and quality of life for our cherished friends
Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for our companions and their caretakers
Engage in continuous learning and training to stay informed about the best practices for caring for diverse companion animals
Build and maintain strong relationships with our community of companion animal owners and enthusiasts
Contribute to the development of a multicultural and inclusive environment at Tulipan Blumen Großhandels-GmbH

Qualifications:

Passionate about ensuring the well-being and happiness of diverse companion animals
Experience in providing care and support for a range of companion animals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a multicultural team and community
Commitment to promoting a multicultural, inclusive, and friendly environment
Strong dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the field of companion animal care
Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
