Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering positive interactions with our visitors, providing insightful information about our products and services, and ensuring that every individual receives a warm and welcoming experience. Your role will be pivotal in contributing to our visitors' understanding of the region's delicate ecosystem and our commitment to environmental conservation.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with visitors, offering guidance and information on our eco-friendly products
Assist in managing inventory and maintaining an organized retail space
Create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable visitor experience
Contribute to the development of educational materials and workshops

Qualifications

Passion for environmental education and sustainable practices
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
