Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement performance evaluation and recognition strategies
Oversee benefits administration and enhancement initiatives
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recognition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of excellence and achievement
Develop and administer employee incentive programs
Monitor and report on performance management and benefits program effectiveness

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in performance management, rewards and recognition, or related area
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a results-driven, high-performance culture
Experience in education or public sector is a plus
