Sky Horizons Operations Manager

Lake Basin Development Authority is seeking qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Sky Horizons Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations within our organization's aviation division, contributing to the development and implementation of strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the aviation division
Supervise and coordinate flight operations, maintenance, and safety protocols
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance aviation services and expand our market reach
Oversee adherence to aviation regulations and safety standards
Build and maintain effective relationships with aviation stakeholders and regulatory authorities
Lead and mentor a team of aviation professionals to ensure high performance and operational excellence

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in aviation operations and management
Exceptional knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
