Position Available: Nature Experience Development Specialist

As a Nature Experience Development Specialist at Metsähallitus, you will have the opportunity to lead the design, development, and implementation of nature-based services and activities aimed at providing memorable and sustainable experiences for visitors within our region. Responsibilities:

Identify and develop nature-based services and activities that align with the organization's goals and values.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute innovative outdoor experiences and events.
Create and maintain partnerships with local stakeholders to enhance the accessibility and impact of nature-centered initiatives.
Contribute to the advancement of sustainable tourism practices and environmental education efforts.
Continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and evolution within the nature experience sector.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing nature-based programs or services.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
