Join Our Team: Senior Field Operations Supervisor
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Field Operations Supervisor. Working within the unique environmental landscapes of Tasmania, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing field operations in support of our scientific research expeditions in remote agricultural and rural areas.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental science, natural resource management, or related agricultural disciplines. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of field operatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and environmental protocols, and implementing innovative approaches to enhance agricultural and rural development in hostile environments.
You will have the opportunity to work hands-on in the field, undertaking field inspections, data collection, and analysis. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing and implementing strategies to maximize food production and sustainable farming practices in challenging terrains. The successful candidate will be proactive, versatile, and ready to tackle the unique challenges presented by working in remote, extreme environments.
