Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of innovative agricultural practices
Collaborate with local farmers and agriculture organizations to promote sustainable farming methods
Research and identify new agricultural technologies to enhance productivity and sustainability
Develop and manage projects aimed at improving rural agricultural practices
Conduct outreach to educate and engage the local community on the benefits of innovative farming

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in agricultural project management and development
Strong knowledge of sustainable farming techniques and rural development
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
