Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies that promote cultural exchange through various online platforms
Create engaging content tailored to different cultural backgrounds
Identify opportunities to enhance cross-cultural communication and understanding
Cultivate and manage online communities to foster cultural connectivity
Monitor and analyze trends in cultural representation and engagement

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and understanding of different cultural practices and traditions
Proven experience in developing and managing online content
Excellent communication skills with a keen awareness of cultural sensitivities
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and platforms to create and manage online communities
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
