Role Overview:

As a Legal Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's adherence to legal guidelines and regulations. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth legal research, analyzing legislation and regulations, and developing and implementing compliance strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance and support our business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Provide expert legal guidance to internal teams and stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations, assessing their impact and advising on necessary actions.
Participate in the design and delivery of compliance training programs for employees.
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary to address complex legal matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in legal compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related area.
Deep understanding of legal principles and regulations, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal issues effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
