Position: Compliance Specialist

We are in search of a Compliance Specialist to maintain and enhance our organization's legal and ethical integrity. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all operations and business transactions follow all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and update internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal guidelines
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
Provide guidance to management on compliance-related matters
Develop and deliver compliance training to employees at all levels
Investigate and address compliance violations
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven work experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant certification is a plus (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional)
