Position: Property Consultant

Location: Jönköpings län, Sweden

About the Role:

Engage with potential clients and provide them with comprehensive information regarding our real estate offerings.
Handle property viewings and guide clients through the purchasing or renting process.
Utilize your market knowledge to provide clients with invaluable advice on property investment.
Promote and market properties effectively to ensure maximum exposure and visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and sellers to facilitate successful property transactions.

Requirements:

Prior experience in real estate sales, property management, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record of successful sales or deals.
Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
A valid real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.
