Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project teams to drive urban development initiatives that align with community needs and urban sustainability goals.
Conduct thorough urban planning analysis, including zoning regulations, land use, and community impact assessments.
Manage and negotiate real estate transactions and land acquisitions for urban development projects.
Serve as a liaison with local government agencies, stakeholders, and community representatives to ensure seamless project integration and community engagement.
Assess and mitigate potential environmental impact, ensuring sustainable urban development practices.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven track record in urban development, with at least 5 years of experience in project management or equivalent role.
Strong understanding of New York City's urban development landscape, including knowledge of local regulations, zoning, and permitting processes.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
Passion for sustainable and community-oriented urban development practices.
Proficiency in relevant software and analytical tools for urban planning and development.
