Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and negotiate real estate transactions and land acquisitions for urban development projects.
- Serve as a liaison with local government agencies, stakeholders, and community representatives to ensure seamless project integration and community engagement.
- Assess and mitigate potential environmental impact, ensuring sustainable urban development practices.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Studies, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in urban development, with at least 5 years of experience in project management or equivalent role.
- Strong understanding of New York City's urban development landscape, including knowledge of local regulations, zoning, and permitting processes.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Passion for sustainable and community-oriented urban development practices.
- Proficiency in relevant software and analytical tools for urban planning and development.
