Southwest Middle School is seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to join our elite security team as Strategic Site Sentinels. Our institution is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our students, faculty, and visitors. This distinctive opportunity calls for dynamic professionals with a passion for safeguarding and upholding a secure educational campus.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of school grounds to ensure security and safety
Monitor and respond to security systems and alarms
Interact with students, staff, and visitors in a positive and professional manner
Implement and enforce security protocols in accordance with school policies
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed
Contribute to the development of security procedures and emergency preparedness plans

Requirements:

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Vigilant and detail-oriented with excellent decision-making abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus
Must pass a comprehensive background check
