We are seeking a Visual Experience Coordinator to contribute to the enhancement of our facility through artistic interventions and design aesthetics. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about blending creativity with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate and manage visual storytelling across different hospital spaces, ensuring a cohesive and engaging patient experience.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to integrate art and design elements that reflect the hospital's ethos and mission.
Oversee the selection and procurement of aesthetically pleasing materials, artworks, and installations.
Conduct research and stay updated on artistic and design trends relevant to healthcare environments.
Coordinate with external artists and designers to commission custom pieces tailored to specific areas of the hospital.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Interior Design, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in visual storytelling, curation, or environmental design.
Strong understanding of the intersection between art, design, and healthcare, with an ability to empathize with diverse patient needs.
Proficiency in project management, including budgeting and timelines.
Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
