As our Event Operations Manager, you will orchestrate the behind-the-scenes magic for our high-profile gatherings, leveraging your keen attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset. You'll be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that every aspect of our events is executed flawlessly. This role also involves collaborating with various teams to guarantee a seamless and memorable experience for our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including logistics, scheduling, and resource management
Oversee and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize event production costs
Build and maintain strong working relationships with event partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Lead on-site event management to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly
Provide post-event analysis and reports, identifying areas for enhancement

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of event management experience, with a focus on large-scale, high-profile events
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver outstanding results
