Key Responsibilities:

Develop and nurture strategic alliances with EU stakeholders to promote innovative agricultural initiatives.
Monitor and analyze EU agricultural policies and legislation, providing actionable insights and recommendations to German stakeholders.
Collaborate with industry leaders to identify opportunities for technological advancements and sustainability within the agricultural sector.
Represent Germany's agricultural interests in EU meetings, advocating for progressive policies and fostering fruitful dialogues.
Contribute to the development of impactful communications strategies and materials that highlight Germany's contributions to EU agricultural discussions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Economics, or related fields.
Proven experience in agricultural policy, rural development, or related fields within an international or EU setting.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex political landscapes and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and German. Proficiency in other EU languages is a plus.
