Position: Agricultural Landscape Specialist
Location: Etelä-Pohjanmaa, Finland
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sustainable farming practices in collaboration with local agricultural partners
- Manage and maintain our rye crop fields, ensuring optimal yield and quality
- Monitor and assess the environmental impact of our agricultural operations
- Work closely with our distillery team to ensure a seamless supply chain
- Contribute to ongoing research and development projects related to agricultural innovation
- Participate in community outreach programs promoting sustainable agriculture
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience in sustainable farming practices and crop management
- Passion for environmental stewardship and community engagement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
