Heritage Restoration Project Manager
Palermo Community Music School is seeking a motivated and experienced Heritage Restoration Project Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the preservation and enhancement of historic buildings while supporting the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of heritage restoration projects within Sicily, ensuring adherence to historical preservation standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop restoration strategies that honor the cultural significance of each building
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, while maintaining open communication with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and permits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in managing heritage restoration or preservation projects
- Strong understanding of architectural history and preservation principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
