Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or related industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
