Position: Cultural Experience Coordinator

Location: Andalusia, Spain

Are you passionate about sharing the rich cultural heritage and history of Andalusia with visitors from around the world? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Cultural Experience Coordinator to join our team at Tragsa.

Responsibilities:

Design and curate authentic cultural experiences that showcase the unique traditions, art, and history of Andalusia.
Collaborate with local artisans, performers, and experts to create immersive and educational experiences for our guests.
Coordinate with travel agencies and tour operators to promote and organize cultural excursions and events.
Provide guidance and support to visitors, ensuring they have a meaningful and enjoyable cultural experience.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and online content to promote Andalusian cultural experiences.

Requirements:

A deep understanding of Andalusian culture, traditions, and historical landmarks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
Previous experience in event coordination, tourism, or cultural education.
Passion for promoting cultural awareness and appreciation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
