As the Senior Visual Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with our company's values and resonates with our diverse customer base. This role demands a creative leader who can conceptualize and execute innovative visual strategies that elevate our brand presence and effectively communicate complex concepts to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop visual assets that convey PSE's mission and values through creativity and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent visual representation across various touchpoints.
Lead the development of high-quality visual elements for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and community initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new visual technologies into our brand strategy.
Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of PSE's visual brand guidelines.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior visual design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating impactful visual experiences.
Proficiency in industry standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and other relevant software.
Deep understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate business objectives into visually compelling concepts.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate the rationale behind visual design decisions.
