Job Title: Holistic Wellness Consultant
Location: Östergötlands län
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized wellness consultations and develop tailored fitness plans for clients
- Deliver expert guidance on the integration of mind-body practices into fitness routines
- Offer mentorship and education on nutrition, meditation, and stress management techniques
- Conduct workshops and seminars on holistic approaches to fitness and well-being
- Stay current with industry trends and research to consistently offer cutting-edge wellness solutions
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of holistic methods for fitness and well-being
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in relevant holistic practices preferred
- Proven experience in developing and presenting wellness programs
