Job Title: Holistic Wellness Consultant

Location: Östergötlands län

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized wellness consultations and develop tailored fitness plans for clients
Deliver expert guidance on the integration of mind-body practices into fitness routines
Offer mentorship and education on nutrition, meditation, and stress management techniques
Conduct workshops and seminars on holistic approaches to fitness and well-being
Stay current with industry trends and research to consistently offer cutting-edge wellness solutions

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of holistic methods for fitness and well-being
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in relevant holistic practices preferred
Proven experience in developing and presenting wellness programs
