Responsibilities:

Provide daily care and maintenance to ensure the well-being of animals in our care
Monitor and assess the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to the veterinary team
Assist in the development and implementation of enrichment activities to promote mental and physical stimulation for the animals
Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized living environment for the animals
Support adoption processes and provide guidance to potential adopters
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of detailed animal records

Qualifications:

Possess a genuine love and respect for all animals
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to handle and care for animals of various sizes and species
Experience in animal care or related field is preferred
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols and procedures
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
