Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Innovative Wildlife Care Specialist who will be instrumental in developing and implementing creative strategies for the humane management and conservation of the diverse wildlife population within the airport premises. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding and appreciation of wildlife conservation, adaptive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute innovative solutions for wildlife management and care, focusing on the well-being of our local animal population.
Develop and implement enrichment programs to ensure the welfare and vitality of the wildlife within our airport grounds.
Collaborate with external wildlife conservation organizations to promote sustainable wildlife management practices.
Collect and analyze data to monitor wildlife behavior, population trends, and environmental impact.
Offer support and education to airport staff and visitors on coexisting harmoniously with local wildlife.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Management, Biology, Zoology, or a related field.
Proven experience in wildlife care and conservation initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to dynamic and challenging situations.
