Broccolini is seeking a talented individual with a passion for creating sustainable and innovative spaces.

As a Sustainable Space Design Specialist at Broccolini, you will be responsible for integrating environmental considerations and sustainable practices into our design and construction projects. You will collaborate with our team of architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and implement environmentally friendly solutions that align with our commitment to social responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Research and integrate sustainable materials and technologies into design concepts
Collaborate with project teams to ensure environmental best practices are implemented
Develop and maintain knowledge of green building standards and sustainable design trends
Advise on sustainable site planning and landscaping
Contribute to the development of LEED and other environmental certifications
Stay informed about government regulations and incentives related to environmental design

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field
3+ years of experience in sustainable design and construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
Strong understanding of green building principles and sustainable materials
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Passionate about creating environmentally conscious spaces
