Key Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced strategic thinking and tactical expertise to maintain a secure environment while respecting and understanding diverse cultural backgrounds.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop, implement, and evaluate security protocols that are culturally sensitive and effective.
Assess and address potential security risks and threats with a culturally aware perspective.
Conduct cultural awareness training for staff members to promote understanding and respect across diverse communities.

Requirements:

A proven track record in security operations with a deep appreciation for diverse cultural nuances.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
