About the Position: Advanced Sustainability Specialist

About the Role:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance sustainability practices in our refinery operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify energy-efficient solutions, waste management plans, and environmental impact assessments.
Design and oversee advanced technologies related to resource optimization, emission reduction, and renewable energy integration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead sustainability initiatives through the application of cutting-edge technologies and processes.
Analyze energy usage, waste output, and emissions to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement programs to achieve carbon neutrality and reduce environmental impact.
Collaborate with government agencies, industry experts, and research institutions to stay informed about the latest advancements in sustainability.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams regarding sustainable practices and regulatory compliance.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in sustainability management within the energy or manufacturing sector.
Expertise in environmental impact assessment methodologies and relevant legislation.
Familiarity with advanced technologies such as IoT, AI, and data analytics in driving sustainability practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
