Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze market data, industry reports, and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain market intelligence tools and databases to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and benchmarking to gain insights into industry best practices and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable recommendations based on market research findings.
Monitor regulatory changes and industry developments to assess their impact on our business and devise appropriate strategies.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, or Statistics.
Proven experience in market research and analysis, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
Proficiency in using statistical software and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
