Position: Wellness Advocate

As a Wellness Advocate, you will play a crucial role in fostering a friendly atmosphere, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and collaboration within our company. Your passion for helping others will be reflected in our tire centers, making a remarkable difference in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

Empower customers with valuable knowledge about maintaining their vehicle's health.
Assist customers in making informed decisions to ensure their safety on the road.
Advocate for sustainable practices, creating awareness about eco-friendly tire options.
Collaborate with the Les Schwab Foundation, promoting community outreach and charitable activities.
Engage in mentorship initiatives, guiding fellow team members towards personal growth and development.
