Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to contribute their expertise in promoting sustainable agricultural practices and rural development. As an Agricultural Sustainability Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing sustainable farming techniques.
Conducting research on emerging agricultural technologies and processes.
Providing guidance and support to local farmers in adopting environmentally friendly practices.
Collaborating with government organizations and NGOs to advocate for rural development initiatives.
Educating and raising awareness about the importance of sustainable agriculture within the community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or related disciplines.
Proven experience in promoting agricultural sustainability and rural development.
Strong understanding of sustainable farming practices and the ability to apply them in real-world contexts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
