We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team at HiFi Corp, based in the heart of South Africa's Free State province. As a socially responsible company, we are dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead eco-friendly adventure tours in the Free State region, showcasing its natural beauty and cultural heritage.
Design unique itineraries that offer immersive experiences and foster an appreciation for the environment.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Educate tour participants about the importance of conservation and sustainable tourism.
Collaborate with local communities to develop responsible tourism initiatives.
Maintain and manage our fleet of eco-friendly vehicles used for tours.
Monitor and assess the environmental impact of our operations, implementing improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

Passion for the environment and sustainable tourism.
Strong knowledge of the Free State region's natural and cultural attractions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in organizing and leading tours or similar events.
Ability to adapt and think creatively to enhance guest experiences.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Certification or formal training in tourism, environmental studies, or related fields is preferred, but not essential.
Familiarity with eco-friendly practices and a commitment to minimizing our ecological footprint.
